Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

  • Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and tag-intact items.
  • Items must be in original packaging. Accessories, intimates, and final-sale items are not returnable unless defective.

Process

  • Email official@hayavibe.pk with order number, items, and reason—include photos for defects or wrong items.
  • We will confirm approval and pickup/return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be declined.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved returns: refund to original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability; otherwise, a refund is issued.
  • If the item was defective/wrong, we cover return shipping; otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, please follow the return process.
